Terms and Conditions:
- Children aged 0-5 years can join free of cost. Kid’s tickets are applicable for individuals aged 6-11 years.
- Adult tickets are applicable for individuals aged 12 and more.
- Full payment to be made before the day of the event.
- Dance Floor will be available at scheduled hours only.
- Mist dance duration: only DJ is for 30 minutes & Mist with DJ is for 30 minutes, total duration will be 1 hour.
- Swimming attire i.e. Nylon cloths is mandatory for the usage of swimming pool.
- Usage of Liquor is permitted at the bar area only.
- Outside liquor is not allowed inside the resort premises.
- Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
- Adventure activates are chargeable like Quad bike rides, Billiards, Target shoot, Zorbing ball, Bungee Trampoline, Zip-line, Fish spa and Rope activities are subject to availability and could be availed at an extra cost
- Although we prefer to maintain it, Exclusivity is not assured at the activities as there may be other guests availing the facility at the same time.
- Kindly confirm the Date and Number of People at least 48hrs in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
***Applicable in case of 100% event cancellation.
- If the cancellation is done 15 days prior to day out-event date, 100% shall be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done 7 days prior to day out-event date, 25% shall be deducted.
- If the cancellation is done less than 48hours prior to the day out-event date, the advance amount shall not be refunded.
- The refunds will be deposited to the pertaining account number within 7 working days.
Internet Charges charged per booking is non refundable.
